• Chris requested KPI materials be uploaded to Box and mirrored on the LV board portal for leadership reporting.
• Contract and Exhibit A: Chris noted he drafted Exhibit A from templates and sent it to Michael for revision; Derek asked for clarity on Michael’s pollution-coverage additions.
• Grady highlighted variable city-specific requirements.
• Derek committed to review Michael’s comments and swap Exhibit A in the sent contract if appropriate.

• Grady reviewed HVN site timing and mobilization needs and requested a definitive LV start date to schedule shoring and subcontractors; targets discussed were mid-August to September and a closing statement/notice to proceed is required to enable mobilization.
